We met up with Kersten & Brayden at his grandmother’s house for their engagement session. What was originally planned as a joyful weekend visiting his grandparents turned a bit bittersweet. Earlier this year, his grandpa had passed, and his grandma was just about moved out. Still, she encouraged them to come, and we’re so glad they did.

As we pulled up, the home was such a sight—beautifully landscaped, lovingly cared for, and full of memories. It couldn’t have been a more meaningful place to celebrate their love and preserve a piece of his family’s story.

Kersten & Brayden are just the sweetest. So fun to be around and honestly made our job way too easy. They brought their pup, Enzo, and he totally stole the show—posing for every photo like he knew exactly what was going on. Such a little star. We had the best time just hanging out, laughing, and capturing the way they are together. Their connection is so natural and effortless—you can just feel how much they love each other. We already know their wedding is going to be amazing, and we’re so excited to be there for it.
