Here’s to our first wedding of the year. Actually, Hannah & Austin got hitched last August already but had to postpone their reception until this year. The morning of we woke up to a winter wonderland in March. It was only fitting though because if you look back on their family session, it also unexpectedly snowed — a lot. The snow didn’t affect anything at all. In fact, it only added to what was already a wonderful and beautiful day.

Hannah & Austin were in great spirits and all their family and friends couldn’t wait to spend the day celebrating them. We loved getting to know everyone and being welcomed with such open arms. It made us really feel like part of the family. We started off with a cute first look with Hannah’s dad followed by Austin alongside the water. Afterwards, we headed downtown for some amazing portraits. The snow looked great, Hannah was just glowing, and Austin’s smile was as big as ever. Every shot we took was better than the previous.

Fin ‘N’ Feather was decorated so beautifully by Hannah’s aunt Tania. She did such an amazing job and also baked all the delicious pastries and jams. The dance party was poppin’. Even grandma got on the dance floor! As the sun set on the river, we had to sneak them out for sunset and nighttime photos. It was truly a perfect day!
