What a magical day. Isabelle & Andrew’s wedding was energetic, fun, and filled with love. We started off the day at Wyldewood Baptist Church where they were getting ready. We got to see some familiar faces as well as meet some new ones. Isabelle is Rebecca’s (a past bride) younger sister and it was great to see them switch places and support each other in the bridal party. Both Isabelle & Andrew’s families were so welcoming and we really appreciated the love we received from everyone.

The ceremony was set up very nicely with light touches of floral and glass. Simple and elegant. That was the theme for the day. Carrying with that theme, Isabelle’s dress and Andrew’s suit were a traditional white and black. Her dress was truly one of a kind. Plus, the way it flowed with every movement, especially when she twirled — gorgeous! Before we knew it they were walking down the aisle as Mr and Mrs.

Then it was off to reception. The evening was a delightful array of great food, lots of dancing, beautiful portraits, and an improvised sparkler exit. The rain held off in the morning but then starting pouring when we got to La Sure’s. Weather is always unpredictable but when you embraced what you get, it always turns out wonderful. Isabelle & Andrew said we want gorgeous photos in the rain and we weren’t going to argue with that. In fact, rain has made for some of our favorite photos in the past and we will say these are our new favorites as well. Chee La dragged out equipment along with some clear umbrellas but we soon said goodbye to them and just enjoyed getting soaked with our couple. After coming in they dried off by dancing! Originally, sparklers outside was the plan but with the rain still going strong, everyone lined up for an improvised indoor sparkler exit lit with phone torches of course. It turned out even better than we could have hoped for. Enjoy all the amazing photos! Isabelle & Andrew’s, you two are meant for each other and we wish you the best on your journey together.
